Henry David Thoreau

Community
Having a group of like-minded men in your corner for life is vital in supporting your overall wellbeing. During your retreat you’ll spend quality time building community and camaraderie amongst the group, all done without any chanting, fire ceremonies or incense sticks. I also ensure I set you up for longterm success and give you the tools and frameworks to connect once a month for life, becoming the ultimate encouragement and support network.
Breathwork
Conscious Connected Breathwork is one of the most powerful tools we have to unlock the parts of ourselves we’ve buried, numbed, or forgotten. Through intentional, circular breathing, it bypasses the busy, guarded mind and goes straight to the body—the place where stress, trauma, and suppressed emotion are stored. For men especially, who are often conditioned to stay strong, stay silent, and stay in control, breathwork offers a safe, potent gateway to release tension, reconnect with emotion, and rediscover a sense of inner clarity and calm.
Nature
We’ll be embracing nature as it has a huge role to play in our overall wellbeing and happiness, the ocean in particular being a brilliant life long teacher. Being in the ocean together is a beautiful way to deepen that connection with yourself and build camaraderie amongst each other in natures most humbling arena.
Location: Pembrokeshire Coast National Park
Our home is in the far corner of West Wales, perched on a hill overlooking the waves in the only Coastal National Park in the UK. Here, where the road ends at the sea, numerous diverse strands come together: sea and mountain, art and history, Celtic and Anglo-Saxon influences, and year-round opportunities for adventure. Being out here on the edge brings about a sense of deeper connection to nature, each other and more importantly, to yourself. It also creates a sense of optimism. Of tranquility. Of abundance. We have some of the finest blue flag beaches anywhere in the UK.
We look forward to welcoming you out on the rugged Welsh coast.
