Hi, my name is Ross Beese and i’ve spent the majority of the last 20 years creating world class events like the Do Lectures, surf coaching at a luxury surf resort in Costa Rica and more recently building life-long community between hundreds of growth stage CEO’s and founders, world class mentors, large multinationals and investors through our scaling programmes at Unreasonable Group. Most notably Unreasonable Impact co-created with Barclays, The Girl Effect Accelerator created with Nike, Unreasonable Food with Mars and Unreasonable Goals with the US State Department. 

Through a personal lens, I’ve immersed myself in all sorts from The Hoffman Process to Wim Hof cold water therapy, journalling, shadow work, transformational leadership courses and couples counselling. I’ve experienced the incredible powers of MDMA assisted therapy, become a breathing practitioner, cross-fit coach, surf coach and probably read over 1000 books on wellbeing, communication, stress, happiness, habits, motivation, the human mind and exercise.

For me this deeper awareness of myself has opened up room in my heart I didn’t know was possible, the weight of the world I felt on my shoulders slowly eased and the loneliness, that I can only describe as a gaping black hole that would regularly appear in my chest area slowly disappeared.

I’m excited to host groups of men with Man Alive in the hope some of what I’ve learnt can help other men show up more regularly as their authentic effortless selves.
